DELIVERY POLICY

- To help reduce waste and to protect our environment, we do not hold any excess stock. All orders are made to order and shipped direct to you, our customer. Therefore all orders are subject to a 10-14 day wait from the day of ordering. Please keep this in mind to help avoid any disappointment. 

Delivery charges are applied to your order at checkout.

- All orders are sent via a tracked service meaning we will know and will be able to see if your items have been delivered.

- You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery information. This includes not only the correct address that the parcel is going, but also the name of the recipient.

-We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of the customer supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

- Please note that delays are sometimes inevitable due to external factors that are out of our control.
