Delivery Information

DELIVERY POLICY

- Delivery charges are applied to your order at checkout.

- The amount of delivery you will have to pay will depend on the items in your cart and the number of items (more items = greater delivery charge).

- Standard delivery is made by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

- This is a tracked service meaning we will know and will be able to see if your items have been delivered.

- This service usually delivers your items within 3 working days from when the item is posted however Royal Mail states 3-5 days.

- Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be sent that day and are usually with you 2 days later however this time is variable to the timescale given by Royal Mail meaning it could be up to the 5 days of the 3-5 day period.

- Orders placed on a Sunday will be posted out the following Monday.

- Next Day Delivery can be applied upon request through email or Instagram.

- You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery information. This includes not only the correct address that the parcel is going, but also the name of the recipient.

-We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of the customer supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

- Please note that these times apply from when the item is posted, NOT from when the item is ordered e.g. if a JO Bag is not in stock and has to be ordered in or a Fur has to be ordered in, the 3-5 day time scale applies after the period of it being posted and arriving to us and us processing and packaging the order. Once the item is posted, the 3-5 day or Next Day timescale can be applied.

- Please note that delays are sometimes inevitable due to external factors that are out of our control.
